Justin Aldridge

Justin has been building, marketing and selling online businesses since 2003. He has successfully developed and sold two large social websites aimed at expats abroad, helped many businesses achieve great results online and has also been the best performing online affiliate for major international companies such as Barclays and Holiday Lettings. He currently works on several personal projects such as the popular ecommerce website We’re NOT On A Break.

Being a Masters degree qualified engineer, Justin uses his analytical and mathematical skills to test the latest online strategies and techniques using the broad spectrum of hundreds of websites owned by Artemis Internet Marketing. Justin develops and analyses cutting edge techniques to achieve outstanding results for our own websites and those of Artemis clients.

Justin passionately keeps fully up-to-date with every measurable change in Google’s algorithm and constantly adapts his strategies to reflect the truly dynamic nature of an online working environment. It’s what gets him up in the morning!

Sara Lenartowicz

As one of Artemis’ longest serving team members, Sara is our SEO Director. She has team leadership and development responsibility across the SEO, Digital PR & Content teams while also actively working on a diverse portfolio of clients.

Sara has a degree in Business & Marketing, which she initially put to good use gaining valuable offline marketing experience in previous roles, before developing her strategic technical and creative and SEO expertise, with specialist knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimisation. She also runs her own successful wedding industry website.

Her impressive attention to detail and enthusiasm for understanding how on-page and technical changes impact both search engines and users has seen her establish an enviable track record of success with online marketing strategies.

Outside working hours, Sara loves riding her horse, and she has a passion for interior design.

Kerry Jones

Kerry joined Artemis in November 2018 with several years of agency and in-house experience in SEO management roles. As Senior Technical SEO & Training Manager at Artemis, she is fully involved in creating client strategies, technical SEO, on-page optimisation, CRO activities and more. She gets a real buzz from seeing clients exceed their goals. On top of her client work, Kerry runs our internal training and induction programmes. She also works with Justin on SEO research and development – helping to keep Artemis at the cutting edge.

Kerry graduated from Brighton University in 2012 with a degree in Business Studies. She caught the SEO bug during a work placement at an SEO agency in Hove and continued working in the industry part-time while completing her degree before deciding to make a career of it. Since then, she has built up a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of SEO has acquired a formidable skillset.

Outside of work, Kerry is busy with DIY projects and renovating her house. She also enjoys walking, eating and listening to music, especially rock – the heavier the better!

Duncan Page

Duncan has an extensive technical background in web design & build with a specialism in eCommerce platforms. He is a certified Magento specialist and also has experience with Shopify, Drupal and WordPress. Pursuing his growing interest in digital marketing, he gained valuable commercial exposure in the field of email marketing for website conversions and account management, both agency and client-side. Duncan has a keen grasp of a broad range of digital skills that range from building new websites and integrating membership services to working with core branding and major SEO and PPC campaigns for a wide range of industries.

In his spare time, Duncan likes to pursue his interests in outside hiking, martial arts and football. He also loves to discover music and writers from around the world.

Selena Burfield

Selena joined Artemis full-time in 2020, having successfully completed our summer SEO internship. She has an English degree from the University of Nottingham, which has given her a strong analytical foundation, something she has developed extensively over the years as she has progressed within the team.

Her areas of expertise include local SEO, content analysis and competitor auditing. She relishes assessing the current search landscape for clients, and then road mapping strategies to get them ranking above the local competition.

Outside of work, Selena plays the piano, and she loves to go on long country walks with her dog, Roxy.
