          3. Information Sharing
          4. Empowerment
          5. Wellbeing
          6. Job Satisfaction

To receive accreditation, organisations must achieve a minimum 70% overall engagement score.

We achieved an ‘excellent’ employee engagement score, averaging 94% across these six categories. The judges praised our commitment to learning and development – highlighting our dedicated employee training plan that helps us to stay ahead of trends in SEO and AI).  They also recognised our comprehensive benefits package featuring private medical insurance and flexible working and noted how our regular team-building events contribute to our positive workplace culture.

Our Managing Director, Mike Knivett, shared his thoughts on the recognition:

This award has been a long-standing goal of mine, and it’s a powerful recognition of how far we’ve come as a company. Just 13 years ago, Artemis was simply me and a desk in Haywards Heath. Today, we’re a thriving team, and that transformation is entirely down to the incredible people I’m lucky to work with every day. I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together. Huge thanks to the whole team for the amazing feedback and being such a big part of this journey.”

For over 20 years we’ve focused on helping our clients grow by increasing the leads and revenue they generate from their websites. We constantly invest in research and development – more than £2.5 million since 2017  – and in Artificial Intelligence to build innovative marketing strategies that level the playing field for our clients.
