Senior Account Manager
(Full-Time)

It’s a really exciting time in Artemis’ 14 year history as we are expanding into further brand new offices as well as working with one of the leading creative agencies in the South to create a vibrant and progressive new brand image to be launched in October 2018.  Over the next 3 years we are targeting aggressive expansion, resulting in phenomenal opportunities for the right candidate.  We are therefore interested to hear from highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Managers with a passion for all areas of digital marketing and client delivery.

Key responsibilities for the post of Senior Account Manager include:

  • Maintaining good, healthy client relationships through regular phone, email and face to face meetings.
  • Collaboratively working with the Technical SEO Team to define the correct strategy and delivery schedule to meet the needs and objectives of the client.
  • Overseeing the quality of service delivery in terms of efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Working with client development plans and internal processes to deliver long-term client relationships.
  • Documenting all client contact to share with the client and internal stakeholders
  • Reporting regularly to the Account Director on the status of your clients.
  • Ensuring the delivery of monthly marketing reports to clients within the first 4 working days of the month, including an account manager’s report summarising the month’s activities and how they align with the client and campaign objectives.
  • Identifying and presenting new business opportunities to your portfolio of clients to grow agency revenues.
  • Analysis, tracking and monitoring of rankings, conversions and traffic using a wide range of tools
  • Management of client budgets.

To be considered for the role of Senior Account Manager, you will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years SEO account management experience, gained from either an agency or working client-side.
  • Good understanding of SEO practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with project management, time and resource management tools.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced industry with competing client demands, and an exceptional ability to work methodically and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong self-motivational and confident interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management and with all stakeholders.
  • Strong project and account planning skills to ensure effective management of client expectations to deliver relevance and quality on a daily basis.
  • A demonstrable passion and shared ambition to deliver client business objectives from the very outset, and to ensure that each project makes a positive contribution to the overall client strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of successfully managing a diverse range of SME clients.

Important personal qualities the Senior Account Manager should bring to the role include:

  • A natural and confident communicator with a flair for building and nurturing strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen to identify business opportunities for clients and for Artemis, while delivering excellent results.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and a keen understanding of the importance of technical and financial data.
  • A keen team player across the board, able to take ownership of client projects in a calm and professional manner and turn strategy into successful implementation.
  • First rate project/account management skills, from interpreting the client brief to communicating with service delivery teams to managing, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Responsive can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise client needs across multiple accounts, often in the face of rapidly changing needs.

SEO Manager
(Full-Time)

It’s a really exciting time in Artemis’ 14 year history as we are expanding into further brand new offices as well as working with one of the leading creative agencies in the South to create a vibrant and progressive new brand image to be launched in October 2018.  Over the next 3 years we are targeting aggressive expansion, resulting in phenomenal opportunities for the right candidate.  We are therefore interested to hear from highly motivated and experienced SEO Managers with a passion for all areas of digital marketing and client delivery.

Working alongside our Technical Director you’ll be responsible for conducting extremely in-depth technical website audits looking at everything from site structure to link profiles and a lot more in between.  You will be controlling ongoing SEO strategies for our varied mix of local, national and international SEO clients with valuable thinking time to fully immerse yourself in our clients’ sites and user journeys.

Key responsibilities for the post of SEO Manager include:

  • Formulating and implementing ethical SEO campaigns across our client portfolio
  • Providing medium to long term strategic SEO direction
  • Monitoring and analysing site performance, ensuring the clients’ web traffic delivers enquiries/sales of a high quality and exceed performance targets
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console
  • Keeping up to date with changes within the search industry

To be considered for the role of SEO Manager, you will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant degree in an appropriate discipline
  • A high level of technical SEO experience
  • Proof of recent SEO campaign success across varied industries
  • An understanding of the commercial realities of SEO
  • Good knowledge of common CMS including WordPress, Magento, Shopify etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS. JavaScript and other programming languages
  • Strong & demonstrable ethical Link Building & Link Attraction experience
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research and strategic SEO planning
  • Working knowledge of Screaming Frog

Applicants will be expected to have a good understanding of the search landscape across different devices and search verticals, good understanding of universal search & traditional effective on-page optimisation, multi-lingual optimisation and a real passion for coming up with new ideas and solving complex ranking issues.

Important personal qualities the SEO Manager should bring to the role include:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and a keen understanding of the importance of technical data.
  • A keen team player across the board, able to take ownership of client projects in a calm and professional manner and turn strategy into successful implementation.
  • First rate project management skills.
  • Responsive can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise client needs across multiple accounts, often in the face of rapidly changing needs.
  • The ability to translate SEO geek speak to English so clients understand exactly what is going on.

Web Editor
(Full-Time)

Owing to Artemis’ continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a hard working Web Editor, to work on a range of website administration and content tasks. We are looking for motivated candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great telephone manner and who are confident with technology and are keen to learn more about the world of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities for the post of Web Editor include:

  • Updating website content
  • Writing blogs and other website content
  • Editing and uploading new images websites
  • Supporting the internal teams to ensure all website amendment requests can be turned around efficiently
  • Communicating with stakeholders at all levels within our business
  • Monitoring Google Analytics and providing data and reports as required
  • Amalgamating monthly client reports
  • Supporting the SEO team with tasks as required.
  • Ensuring consistency of service across the client portfolio.
  • Continual WordPress, CSS and SEO learning and development.
  • Using bespoke tools to research content, link building, competitor activity and social media activity for clients.
  • Responsible for setting up and updating client’s Google My Business pages and creating and posting relevant content to them throughout the month.
  • Updating WordPress plugins and themes.
  • Managing and creating backups.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
