These questions help us create useful, original content based on your real experience. Please provide as much detail as you can, but you can skip any questions that are not relevant to your business.
This could include trends you have noticed, anonymised customer or project data, typical prices or timescales, commonly chosen products or services, recurring problems, before-and-after photographs, unusual projects, statistics from your own work, or changes in customer behaviour. Only provide information you are comfortable with us potentially using publicly.
Start with the initial enquiry and explain the main stages through to the product being delivered or the service being completed. Include what happens at each stage, who is involved, typical timescales and what the customer can expect.
Think about recommendations you regularly give customers, lessons learned over the years, details that make a significant difference, or knowledge gained through hands-on experience.
Think about myths, oversimplified advice, things customers assume are true, or advice you see online that does not match your experience.
For each example, explain what the customer needed, what you recommended or did, why you chose that approach and what the outcome was. Names are not required, and examples can be anonymised.
Think about behind-the-scenes checks, warning signs, preparation, professional judgement, quality checks or details an experienced person notices that others might miss.
Think about strong recommendations, things you believe are overhyped or underrated, industry practices you agree or disagree with, or advice you would confidently give even if others in your industry might take a different view.
Think about questions customers ask before making an enquiry or purchase, during the process, and after receiving the product or service.
