We had worked with two SEO firms prior to engaging with Artemis. In both cases the levels of service and support was limited and felt very generic and we couldnt 'feel' the results. We then reached out to Artemis and from the jump, the difference was night and day. I met with the MD, Mike, initially and he outlined what Artemis could offer and was able to provide real examples of others he had helped and supported, which instilled confidence. He and his team took the time to learn about our business, how we operate, what mattered to us and our ethos and were able to tailor an SEO package to meet our needs and budget. They were transparent about costs and ROI and have been consistent in proactively managing our SEO and marketing. We have felt Artemis' influence ever since in incoming traffic, meaningful leads and calls. Tim now manages our account and is always available to answer questions and provide his knowledge and insights. Supported by Gareth, who has been busy working hard in the background on the website and pages. We receive a timesheet every month that clearly outlines what work has taken place and Tim will often outline where things can improve and where to focus next. This goes a long way in providing something tangible and instilling confidence that your investment is being looked after. I have absolutely no doubt that as we continue to grow we will work ever closer with Artemis into the long term. My website looked excellent, but wasn't getting the visibility I thought it should without a lot of advertising spend.  SEO has always been snake oil and voodoo to me, but I had a long chat with James and met the team.  They are just making sure everything is in place, works well and seemlessly for potential clients and the search engines. I cannot recommend Artemis enough, unlike other marketing companies they listened to what I was looking for and delivered me a tailored plan, within my budget. What was initially set out to be a temporary relationship with Artemis has quickly developed into a necessity for my business, month on month I can clearly see the value that they bring. I was looking online for somewhere local for some advice on my business and I found Artemis Marketing. From the minute I walked in there I was blown away if honest how super friendly the staff was and how comfortable they made me feel. I had a hour meeting with Sara she was absolutely amazing and done all she could to explain all to me and reassure me on things and said will advise me on what to do next. There was no pressure from her to join their company but when I’m sorted this will be where I’m heading with no shadow of a doubt. Artemis have been an invaluable asset to me. As a very small business I was hesitant to commit at first, but I am so pleased I did! After feeling overwhelmed that I didn't know enough about e-commerce, SEO, conversion optimisation and ad spend, I was quickly falling into a hole that the business wasn't performing to where I wanted it to be. Olivia, Lois, Lester and the rest of the team really have worked a lot of magic and I am much happier and content with where the business is now going. Even tho only working with Artemis for six months, already sales are up over 40% and every month at our catch-up meetings new ideas are put to me on how the site can be developed further, as well as what is currently really working. I started working with Artemis about nine months ago and the work of Duncan, Izzy and the wider team has been invaluable in helping us strengthen our search visibility and drive more enquiries through careful, considered on-page optimisation. Following the launch of our new website, we wanted to ensure it was performing as strongly as possible in search and fully reflecting our position as a market leader. Artemis helped refine the on-page optimisation and content strategy, add targeted local pages inc. GMB optimisation, and the results have been great. Since we began working together in June 2025, web enquiries have increased by around 75% compared to the same period the previous year, with some months generating several times the number of enquiries we previously saw. At time of writing 2026 is shaping up to improve even more, which is fab. They’ve always taken the time explain the strategy and reasoning behind their recommendations and it is clear they stay up to date with the latest Google changes.
